Adding Products to the Shopping Cart
Ordering is simple at I do Wedding Favours. Browse the catalogue using the navigation menu on the left of the screen, and when you find a product you would like to order, enter the quantity you would like, choose a filling or other options for that product, and then click 'add to cart'. You can continue shopping until you are ready to pay.
Shipping
Due to the many combinations available for each wedding favour it is difficult for us to give you a shipping figure until the wedding favours have been made up. Rather than charge you more than the cost of the order, we will add shipping once we receive the order and send a notification email to inform you. We use Royal Mail Parcelforce as standard and Royal Mail Special Delivery postal services for fast safe delivery and charge carriage at cost.

If you are concerned about the shipping cost, during the order process, add a note in the 'additional info' box requesting us to contact you with cost of shipping before we finalise the transaction.
Secure Payment
Orders at I Do Wedding Favours are taken via a secure server. However, if you are uncertain about online payment, feel free to print out your shopping cart contents, order by phone, or arrange to pay by cheque. Of course, paying with your card over the phone is probably less secure than using our secure server!

Please see the full terms and conditions from the link at the foot of the page.(Under the credit card symbols.) By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
1. Please allow 7-28 days for delivery. Please order as soon as you know your guest numbers. Well in advance of your wedding date. If your order is urgent then we will try to expedite it within the given timescale although there may be an additional cost.
2. Payment Terms: 100% payment upon completion of order. We accept payment by cheque, or any of the credit/debit cards displayed at the foot of this page.
3. All orders are sent by special delivery or parcel post. "I Do" accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, although the parcel is covered with insurance through Royal Mail. Each order despatched is carefully packed. In the unfortunate event that any damages occur during transit, please notify us immediately either by email or telephone and also in writing within 7 days.
4. From time to time, due to availability of stock, it may be necessary to alter designs slightly, however, the quality will remain the same. All our wedding favours and wedding gifts are handcrafted so there may be slight variations amongst the designs, making each one unique.
